Your data belongs to you.

We DO NOT and NEVER WILL use your data to train artificial intelligence models. This includes all data you store in Nimbus Vault — your target inventories, playbooks, notes, and any other content.

We do not access the contents of your note files. Notes are private to your workspace. We have no mechanism or reason to read them.

Chrome Extension

The Nimbus Vault Chrome extension requests the following permissions:

Cookies — used to authenticate your session. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Storage — stores your workspace preferences and session token locally on your device.

Scripting / ActiveTab — reads page structure (URLs, forms, buttons, headings) only when you explicitly click "Scan for Components" — never automatically.

AI Analysis — if you enable the AI analysis feature and provide an API key, page context is sent to DeepSeek's API for processing. This is opt-in and under your control.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for AI training. All component data is encrypted at rest and is only used to power your workspace's Nexus Engine.

We may use anonymized component mappings — such as which playbooks apply to which assets and tracked outcomes — to improve the Nexus Engine's suggestion accuracy. This data is aggregated and does not identify you or your specific targets.

If you join the waitlist, your email is stored only for the purpose of contacting you about Nimbus Vault. It will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
